Amendment #1 Article IV “Officers”, Section 15

Procedure for handling a vacancy in the office of Vice Council Chairperson. PASSED

Amendment #2 Article VII “Finance”, Section 1

All new members reported to Lions Clubs International on MMR's subsequent to the June and December MMR's shall be assessed on a pro-rated basis. PASSED

Amendment #3 Article VII “Finance”, Section 5

The cost per member semi-annually shall be nine dollars and 30 cents ($9.30) PASSED

Amendment #4 Article VII “Finance”, New Section 6

Provision for students under the age of 30 to pay a semi-annual per capita tax equal to ½ of the total amount of MD19 dues. PASSED

Amendment #5 Article VII “Finance”, New Section 7

Council shall be allowed to levy an annual increase to the semi-annual cost per member dues between 0-3%. FAILED

Amendment #6 Article VII, “Finance”, New Section 8
